I

How about,

when – from one day to the next

the people

without sunglasses,

without i-pads & pods,

without cell phones,

without handbag,

without wristwatches,

without espresso machines,

without automatic dishwashers,

would have to manage without a television?

when people are no longer

shopping in an all-terrain vehicle,

shopping weekend in the next town

could easy-jet?

if there were no more navis and

no credit cards.

what would change?

would people change ?

would this change have an effect on living together?

on the course of the world?

would that be the end of the west?

II

How nice it would be,

to see people in public places who

do not use the telephone,

do not eat fries,

do not pour yourself a coffee to go,

Do not hoot and holler,

do not drive behind mirrored windows,

do not hunt for bargains,

do not want to outdo the other,

not constantly wanting to sell something to the other person.

III

people would

become calmer?

slower and more attentive,

less easily influenced?

perhaps they would no longer allow themselves to be harnessed to the cart of the bustling, tongue-in-cheek scam,

but possibly go in search of needs other than those they have been told they have?

you would tell the paid speakers, experts, taste amplifiers, elites, opinion makers, consultants, entertainers, salespeople and paywriters in no uncertain terms:

“STOP – if you can’t help it – do what you want, but no more with me. Not an eye, not an ear, not a thought, not a cent more to you! that’s enough! you’ve played your hand”.

no longer even criticize them, but simply overlook them, like a stain on the floor whose existence may be ugly, but is completely insignificant for your own life.

disposal through non-compliance.

fulfillment through entertainment.

stop thinking within the given problems, solutions and topics.

simply take off your shoe.

IV

“systemic relevance ?” – “sorry. only relevant for those who believe they can profit from it. what do i have to do with your “system”? actually nothing, nada, niente!

on the contrary: it is presumptuous on your part to regard me as part of your system without being asked and as a matter of course, to appropriate me and, as the culmination of all this, to hold me liable.

once and for all: you shall be erased from my consciousness.
